Reimbursement policy

Cancellation by the participant:

If a participant must cancel his/her registration, he/she must advise Impact Santé in writing to the following email address: cours@impactsante.ca. At least one business day before the start of the course.

Reimbursements/Transfers will be made with the following conditions:

  • You can cancel/transfer a course registration without any fees, one business day before the start of a course by contacting our client services in writing by email to cours@impactsante.ca. from 8h00 to 16h00 Monday thru Friday`
  • Cancellation during or after a course session- No Reimbursement or transfer will be made

Impact Santé will make a reimbursement within and up to 10 business days after the date of the request for reimbursement.
